Achievement Test The purpose of this test is to determine the general knowledge of the subject in truck parts and related fields. It is a measure of the subject’s experience with the "tools of the trade". Therefore, there should be a direct correlation between years of experience and test scores. Although this test can provide a valuable aid in hiring and advancing the subject, it should not stand alone in the selection or promotion process. |
